At first Makaela dipped her hands in the pumpkin and timidly scooped out a tiny handfull and then took one look at her hands and said, "I'n done wiff dis, I want to wash my hands". But after we showed her it was okay to get messy and yucky she had fun with it, but prefered to use a spoon.
Isaac grabbed the jar of babyfood while I wasn't looking...and made a big ole mess. Another time I let Makaela "help" feed Isaac and I found her pouring baby food on his head. She got a time-out for that.
Brushing his four teeth. We did this for the first time tonight. He dug it and we just used water.
Isaac takes a ride on the annoyingly noisy bus. Daddy have, on occasion, taken the batteries out of this thing because it drives me up the wall some days.
Makaela found this in our yard, and she said "look Mama, I found a diamond."
Get outta me way!
One of Mom's creations...beautiful, oh yeah, and I made the dress too.

Makaela holds up her dress so as not to get it dirty, as mommy requested. I made her this dress...but haven't had a chance to shorten it yet.
cutie patootie
Halloween Pancakes...a cool idea, but they totally stuck and they didn't work out very well.
My boys sleeping in the morning. I caught Makaela peering into the room and then she turned to me and said "Daddy and Isaac are sleeping together", it was so cute.
Makaela took this one
what a basket-case ;)
playing out on the deck before winter comes. Makaela loves this dress from her second Christmas in Hawaii when she was just over one. It's a little short though!

Makaela and I play outside after a rainy day. She's wearing the fleece overalls I made for her a little while ago. Fleece rocks because it's so easy to sew with.
